Jamie Herrington, the Player Discovery Advisor at UNRL Hockey, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Jamie played Division I hockey at Dartmouth College, where he captained the team for two years. Following his collegiate career, he showcased his talent in professional hockey in the ECHL, CHL, and international leagues from 2002 to 2009.

Jamie's passion for the game extends beyond playing, as he transitioned into coaching and scouting roles. He served as an assistant coach at Castleton State College from 2009 to 2011 before directing youth hockey programs in Denver and Nashville. Having seen numerous players matriculate through his youth programs to Junior, College, and Professional hockey, his eye for talent led him to join the US National Team Development Program as a scout, a position he's held since 2014.

Jamie Herrington's remarkable career continues today with the New York Rangers and USNTDP. His relentless pursuit of identifying promising players and his dedication to their growth make him an invaluable asset to UNRL Hockey's mission of nurturing future hockey stars.
